n today's competitive market, companies not only have to manufacture goods but also sell them. So, customer satisfaction and customisation options are two important focus areas for every organisation.

We have recently rebranded ourselves. The rebranding drive included changing the company logo and name from India Prayag to Prayag. This was primarily done to cement our position in international markets. Our products are now available in Middle East Asia. We are also working on increasing transparency in all our communications by providing maximum information to our customers on product and its packaging. Transparency is becoming increasingly important because the consumer is becoming aware and concerned.

When we are talking about the manufacturing industry and that too bath-fittings sector, it becomes almost necessary to have an extensive dealer network. Our company has also invested a lot of resources in aligning the dealers with company policies, ideals and strategies. This helps in performing better.

We are introducing new capacity with advanced technology at Bhiwadi with a manpower base of almost 800 people to meet our future product demands and enhance our quality standards. The Bhiwadi plant will help us cut down our production cost and enhance our market reach.
