Mohali gets north india’s biggest mall

US-based real estate company, J.J. Gumberg has opened its flagship project called North Country Mall in Mohali. The first project with 100% FDI in real estate in the tri-city has a 9 screen PVR theater, a 75,000 sq ft Relaiance Market and a 36,000 sq ft food court. The rest of the retail area is slated to be opened by the end of March. According to a spokesperson of the company, the biggest mall in the tri-city saw 70,000 people visiting the mall on the first day and 35, 000 to 40,000 through the week. The mall has been designed by US-based TVS Design. It is located on the NH-21 in a massive complex of 22 acres in Mohali. The mall is one of the biggest malls in North India.
