‘I am not Virat Kohli’s distraction,’ says Sharma
Anushka Sharma has been on a promotion spree of late, for her latest film, NH 10. In an interview, Barkha Dutt asked Sharma about coping with an entire country’s cribbing over her being on a cricket tour with her boyfriend, Virat Kohli. “When you have to be blamed for somebody else (Kohli) it is difficult. I don’t want to be given credit for what somebody else does, nor do I want to be blamed.” Talking about being referred to as Kohli’s distraction in the past, she said, “Why wouldn’t that person be a supporter, a morale booster? Because you are attaching a physical relationship between them. I find it extremely primitive and distasteful.”
Gilligan urges Breaking Bad’s fans to stop throwing pizzas on White’s roof
Breaking Bad's creator, Vince Gilligan, is fed up with fans harassing the real-life owners of the home where Walter White (Bryan Cranston) lived in the series. The house, which was used for exterior shots of Breaking Bad, has become a tourist attraction, as have many other Breaking Bad landmarks. But things have deteriorated recently. "They are throwing pizzas on roofs and stuff like that. Let me tell you, there is nothing original or funny or cool about throwing a pizza on this lady's roof. It is just not funny," said Gilligan at Better Call Saul Insider Podcast, last week. Jonathan Banks, who plays Mike Ehrmantraut, said on the podcast, "If I catch you doing it, I will hunt you down."
